Kundalini yoga classes are suitable for any fitness level, age or body type. I emphasize working each pose to your present ability and developing self-awareness of body, mind and spirit. Students challenge themselves from the inside out and learn to respect their bodies as they open up energy blocks and release physical limitations. I encourage resting frequently — or even sleeping — throughout a yoga class if that’s what your body needs.
